My Story...
What a difference 3 months can make!!
Since October 1st, I’ve stopped making excuses and I’ve started doing all the things as a trainer I know damn well how to do. I went all in and decided no more 80/20 attitude which really never has worked that well for me. In the past three months, I've actually worked out less, walked more and just focused on my nutrition. For the last two years I’ve been extremely stressed, exhausted and I figured my weight gain was peri-menopausal symptoms, travel and stress, and most recently grief, turns out it was just me needing to dial down my nutrition HARD. Since the 1st of October I've lost 41 pounds, and yes, I’ve eaten plenty, I’ve just cut all the crap. More important than weight or 'fat-loss" is how I feel, how much energy I have and how much better my clothing fits, especially in my tummy!
So, Keith and I decided if I am struggling, so are many others and we created a quick and effective, 6 -week, sugar detox! Join us and see how much better you can look and feel in just a few weeks!!
